Half-day Workshop.

We shall offer two yoga practices as well as an introduction to Ayurveda to show how Yoga & Ayurveda can offer each of us the means to good health and great happiness, recognising that we can all be responsible for our health and wellbeing and showing us ways to rebalance when things go out of sorts.

Through our combined practices we offer you some space & stillness to restore balance & peace.
Come and unwind, switch off and relax body and mind.
A little escape into yoga, meditation, breath, mantra and music.
Although retreating into our own spaces we can also connect with each other through practice and enjoy coming together in spirit.

Mindfulness-based approached to stress relief have helped millions of people overcome the effects of stress and anxiety. You will learn and develop simple skills to manage stress and allow greater inner calm and stability. Equally suited to curious beginners or for those looking for a refresher to prior courses.
