Mindfulness and Meditation for Stress-Free Living
Half-day Workshop with Jonathan Clark. An afternoon of yoga and meditation. Develop skills to deal with the stresses and strains of daily life. Consolidate and renew skills acquired on an MBSR Course or meditation class. Offer yourself more time than usual to meditate and recharge your batteries and enjoy a few hours of calm. Experience some peace in a busy world.
12 hour continuation course over 3 Sundays (stage 2 MBSR)
Mindfulness-based approaches to stress relief have helped millions of people overcome the effects of stress and anxiety and find peace of mind in a busy world. On this course you will learn simple skills to manage stress and develop greater inner calm and stability. There will be lots of space for discussion and personal exploration.
